Animals and Us - What does the RSPCA do?

From investigating cruelty and rescuing animals throughout England and Wales to enacting real change in the law, there are countless things the RSPCA do to ensure that all animals live a cruelty free life. Every year we take in and care for thousands of animals, from pets to wildlife and everything in between.

This lesson highlights the work of the The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) and gives students a chance to explore the idea of preventing cruelty and the work of our officers. This includes topics such as the role of a charity, the law,  rescues, campaigning and more.
