Meetings and events

We convene several meetings and events every year. These include annual events like the RSPCA/UFAW Rodent and Rabbit Welfare Group Meetings and RSPCA Lay Members' Forum, and other, one-off meetings on specific topics such as severe suffering.

• TBC June 2024: Workshop on the Care and Welfare of Amphibians. Online. We will be hosting an online event focusing on the welfare of amphibians, including Xenopus laevis, in June. This meeting will be open to anyone involved in the regulation, use and care of amphibians. Talks will cover some of the latest developments in amphibian welfare and identify priority areas for future work. Registration coming soon.
