Meetings

We convene several meetings and events every year.

These include annual events like the RSPCA/UFAW Rodent and Rabbit Welfare Group Meetings and RSPCA Lay Members' Forum, and other, one-off meetings on specific topics such as severe suffering.

Forthcoming dates

  • 21 June 2024: Maximising the Effectiveness of your AWERB - University of Oxford and online. This one-day workshop is intended for all AWERB members at the University of Oxford and other establishments. It will include presentations, case studies, and discussion sessions with the opportunity to identify action points for your AWERB. The agenda is now available and you can now register online for the event.
  • 25 June 2024: RSPCA/NC3Rs Webinar on the Care and Welfare of Amphibians. This free online meeting is open to anyone involved in the regulation, use and care of amphibians, including Xenopus. Talks will cover some of the latest developments in amphibian welfare and identify priority areas for future work. The agenda is now available and you can register online until 21 June.
